Really good Harbour View Stay
harbour view helpful staff bluetooth speaker strong air-conditioning
The room offered a wonderful harbour view from its windows. Staff members were friendly and also very helpful. The room had many plug-ins and a bluetooth speaker clock. Air-conditioning was strong and stable.
The shower leaked slightly during use.

The hotel provided convenient facilities for travelers. It had stable wifi access for connectivity. There was a modern gym fitted with three treadmills. This gym included two stationary bikes to accommodate fitness routines .

mediocre stay. some issues encountered
missing teaspoons absent cutlery
the parking was convenient at the hotel.
my arrival included a search for tea supplies. the room lacked teaspoons. it also had only two mugs instead of teacups. the absence of cutlery was surprising.

the room upgrade to a suite on the 11th floor filled my heart with joy, it was GORGEOUS. the room layout and convenience worked so well, really well. i made good use of the included toiletries. i admired the harbour View during all my stay.
the checkin process felt a little slow, I had to wait a bit. BUT everything else was fine.

The room decor felt fun and quirky. I felt great, that's it. The hotel tried hard to be sustainable, it provided wooden combs and recyclable toiletries for everyone, and I was touched by the attention to detail.

there's an on site restaurant, it serves a variety of drinks. it also serves food i could choose. the breakfast met all my expectations, with diverse, fresh choices. i got some fresh fruit and pastries, and that was good to start the day.

the staff service was GREAT. the staff delivered my luggage to the room quickly. i had a late arrival one night and a very early tour the next day. the staff offered a boxed breakfast so i did not missed my meal.

this hotel has a convenient location. it is across the street from the ferry terminals. it is walkable to almost every attraction in the city. i did not need to rent a car or take many taxis because of this great location.

many plug-ins bluetooth speaker strong air-conditioning bottled water
the room included many plug-ins. a bluetooth speaker and clock was also available. i found the air-conditioning super strong. bottled water and slippers were provided, which i appreciated.
the concierge and front desk were staffed by the same personnel, which sometimes caused delays

noticeable noise thin walls
the buffet breakfast offered a good selection.
I found the room to be quite noisy. It was located on level 5! outside noise from nearby clubs and traffic was noticeable until late at night. i also could clearly hear conversations and sounds from adjacent rooms, something light sleepers might find difficult

the room boasted a bluetooth speaker that was really useful. a lot of restaurants were nearby, i found many choices.

broken shower knob loud noise
The location was great with many shops close by.
The room was basic. The shower knob was broken. My partner fixed it. Street noise was loud even on the 8th floor.
